identity theft complaint. Complainant advised that a fraud complaint was

Officer observed a red Chevrolet pickup parked in front of the
listed location. The front of the vehicle was blocking most of the sidewalk
on South Chillicothe Street at West Bigelow Avenue. Subject moved his vehicle
to a legal parking space and Officer returned to patrol.

Officer observed a tan Chevrolet Malibu parked in the eastbound
lane of the roadway. The vehicle was unoccupied and running with its hazard
lights on. Subject was given other options for parking in the future. Subject
moved the vehicle without incident and Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the intersection of Maple Street and
Spaulding Avenue in reference to a hole in the roadway. Officer notified
employee of the PC Street Department and advised him of the incident. A
crew arrived a short time later and they placed a steel plate over the hole
to prevent any issues.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a
possible breaking and entering. Officer advised complainant we would
have a report documenting this incident, but since there was no physical
evidence of the alleged crime, no witnesses and nothing missing from the
residence, we would not have any further investigation.

respond to SR161E near Holmes Lumber in reference to a pedestrian struck by a
vehicle. Once Post 49 units arrived and Officers assistance was no longer

Officer responded to West Avenue and South Chillicothe Street on
a non-injury crash. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with Preston Eisnaugle
and the driver of the other vehicle. Both vehicles suffered minor
damage and Preston was issued a citation for ACDA. See corresponding numbers

Officer was dispatched to the area of US42S (S. Jefferson
Avenue.) in reference to a teal Pontiac Montana that was all over the roadway
and had made several lane violations. Hector Medrano was issued a citation
for Marked Lanes and No operator’s license. Officer then transported to
Hector to McDonalds to wait on valid driver to retrieve him and the
vehicle. Officer then returned to patrol.
