Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the Union County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a domestic dispute. Once my assistance was no longer needed Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a telecom harassment complaint. Officer made contact with complainant who was deferred to the Attorney General’s Report-A-Scam Department. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference an identity theft complaint. Complainant advised that a fraud complaint was already filed with his bank and just needed the incident documented. Officer then returned to patrol.

Parking Complaint
West Bigelow Ave.
Officer observed a red Chevrolet pickup parked in front of the listed location. The front of the vehicle was blocking most of the sidewalk on South Chillicothe Street at West Bigelow Avenue. Subject moved his vehicle to a legal parking space and Officer returned to patrol.

Parking Complaint
West Bigelow Ave.
Officer observed a tan Chevrolet Malibu parked in the eastbound lane of the roadway. The vehicle was unoccupied and running with its hazard lights on. Subject was given other options for parking in the future. Subject moved the vehicle without incident and Officer returned to patrol.

Maple St.
Officer was dispatched to the intersection of Maple Street and Spaulding Avenue in reference to a hole in the roadway. Officer notified employee of the PC Street Department and advised him of the incident.  A crew arrived a short time later and they placed a steel plate over the hole to prevent any issues.

Breaking and Entering
Converse Ave.
Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible breaking and entering.  Officer advised complainant we would have a report documenting this incident, but since there was no physical evidence of the alleged crime, no witnesses and nothing missing from the residence, we would not have any further investigation.

Officers were requested by the State Highway Patrol post 49 to respond to SR161E near Holmes Lumber in reference to a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. Once Post 49 units arrived and Officers assistance was no longer needed, Officers returned to patrol.

Officer was advised of a driving complaint that occurred on Maple Street. Officer searched for the vehicle, but was unable to locate it and then returned to patrol.

Non-Injury Crash
West Ave.
Officer responded to West Avenue and South Chillicothe Street on a non-injury crash. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with Preston Eisnaugle and the driver of the other vehicle.  Both vehicles suffered minor damage and Preston was issued a citation for ACDA. Officers was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle/person.  After determining everything to be fine.  Officers then returned to patrol.

Driving Complaint
US Rt. 42 S
Officer was dispatched to the area of US42S (S. Jefferson Avenue.) in reference to a teal Pontiac Montana that was all over the roadway and had made several lane violations. Hector Medrano was issued a citation for Marked Lanes and No operator’s license.  Officer then transported to Hector to McDonalds to wait on valid driver to retrieve him and the vehicle.  Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location on several 911 hang-up calls. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.

Telecom Harassment
North Ave.
Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a telecommunication harassment complaint.  Complainant was advised Officer would patrol the area and suggested that complainant not answer anymore calls from the restricted line and to call the PCPD if she received any further calls. Officer than  returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to two loose canines in the complainant's back yard. Officer patrolled the neighborhood and was unable to locate canines. Officer then returned patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to menacing. John Oates was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct (ORC 2917.11A1) and released. See media for further information.
