SUV. Kent Stephens was subsequently cited for Fictitious Tags (ORC
4549.08A3). His vehicle was impounded, and towed to the Plain City Police
Department Impound lot. Mr. Stephens was released from the scene to a family
member.

SUV. Sara Bond was subsequently cited for Expired Tags (Plain City ORD

4510.16A). Her vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound
Lot. Also license plates were seized sent in to the BMV, per BMV request.

dispute. Upon arrival, with Union County Sheriff's Deputy as back up, Officer
found 2 subjects outside their residence. Female subject requested to
sit in the car with the dogs until male subject passes out. Officer advised
her this would be okay as long as she did not attempt to drive away. Officer
observed male subject come back out and attempted to speak with him. However,
he went back inside and shut the door. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer observed a black Mercury traveling on West Main Street
near Guy Street with no tail lights. Officer then made contact with the
driver Craig Taylor. Upon further investigation Craig was placed into custody
for OVI. He was issued a citation for OVI, No Tail Lights and Marked
Lanes. He was then released to his mother at his residence.
