Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a telecommunication harassment complaint. Subject was advised of complaint and told she was to have no further contact with complainant. Subject stated that she understood and would be filing a report for theft with the Columbus Police Department. Officer advised complainant of this and returned to patrol.

Officer observed a 2014 Dodge parked halfway in the driveway of the listed location. The back end of the vehicle was in the roadway and the vehicle was running with no one in it. Officer then made contact with vehicle owner who then moved the vehicle.  Officer returned to patrol.

Officer made contact with complainant in reference to a suspicious phone call. Complainant stated that she wanted the incident documented in case it continued. Officer advised that the incident would be documented and all future incidents would be investigated. Officer then returned to patrol.

Complainant came to the police department and wanted to file a report for lost medication.  Complainant wanted documentation to give to his doctor for a new prescription. While speaking with complainant he advised he was having an anxiety attack and requested a medic. Medic 261 arrived on scene and transported complainant to Dublin Methodist Hospital voluntarily.

Officer was met on station by complainant. Complainant advised that she had sent in a prescription via mail (from her residence) to Express Scripts in Cincinnati, Ohio. Express Scripts advised that they never received the prescription. Complainant requested that a copy of this report be forwarded to the doctor’s office via fax.

Officer was dispatched to the area of US42 and North Chillicothe St. reference a possible drunk driver. Officer then made contact with the driver.  Driver did not have any indications of impairment. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officers were dispatched to the area of US42 and Watkins California Rd. reference a possible drunk driver. Officer then observed the vehicle on US42 near N. Chillicothe St. Officer met with the registered owner.  Driver did not have any indications of impairment. Officers then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference bad checks. Officer spoke with subject via telephone and he was advised to resolve the issue before the 2/27/2018 or criminal charges would follow. Subject stated that he understood and "would take care of this tomorrow."

Officer was dispatched to 235 Maple St. in reference a non-injury crash. Officer made contact with Martha Shetler who was subsequently cited for Failure to Control (Plain City ORD 331.34A).  Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a theft control device alarming in their yard. Officer then did follow-ups at Dollar General and Carlisle Gifts to see if they used these devices. Employees at both retailers advised they do not use these devices.  The device was discarded on 2/23/2018 due to not having any retailers in town that use this type of device.

Officer stopped a gold Honda Pilot on West Main Street, for one headlight and a wrong-way one-way street violation that occurred on Gay Street. Bryce Potts was issued a citation for OVI (4511.19A1a), One Headlight (PC Ord.#337.03a), Wrong Way One-way Street (PC Ord.# 331.30a), No Operator's License (4510.12A1), Driving under a Non-Compliance Suspension (4510.16a), Failure To Reinstate (4510.21a) and Possession of Drugs (2925.11a). Officers were requested by Madison County Sheriff's Office to respond to the listed location in reference to suicide threats. Upon the arrival of Madison County Deputy, Officer’s assistance were no longer needed.  Officers then returned to patrol.

Officer received a fax from Union County Child Services regarding an issue at this address.  Officer made UCDOJFS who advised she had already spoken to subjects about the allegations. All parties denied any use of marijuana in the home. See attached referral for more information.

Officer was met on station by complainant.  Complainant provided information on a possible sexual abuse incident involving a juvenile at the listed location. See case for further information.

UCSO and Officer went to the listed location and made contact with Sherilyn Davis. Sherilyn had an entered warrant for her arrest for a Probation Violation. She was placed into custody without incident and UCSO transported her to the Marysville Police Department, where she posted bond and was released. See attached warrant for further information.

Officer spoke with complainant via public service who advised Officer that while walking to Plain City Elementary School she noticed that she was being followed by a male subject. Complainant reported the incident to the school, who advised her to contact the police department. Officer advised her to contact the police department if it happens again.

Officer was on patrol on Carriage Drive when Officer observed a black Ford F-150 on the driveway of the listed location with its parking lights on. Officer then made contact with the vehicle owner and advised him about the lights.  Subject then checked the vehicle and turned the lights off. Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer observed the rear doors open on a yellow Ford Van with flashing lights coming out of the doors. Officer made contact with subject inside the vehicle. Upon determining everything checked okay Officer returned to patrol.
