11/22/2019 7:18 PM Suspicious Circumstances Doe St. On the listed date and time, Officer was on patrol on Doe Street when Officer observed the trunk open on a 2019 Ford Fusion. Officer attempted contact with the residents there without success. Officer left business card on the front door and secured the trunk. Officer later returned to patrol.   Approved
11/22/2019 4:59 PM Failure to Pay West Main St. On the stated date and time, I responded to the listed location in reference to a drive off. Upon arrival, I spoke with Corey Lanaghan, an employee of Marathon who advised Officer a silver Lexus got $44.91 dollars in fuel and left. Officer later made contact with the vehicle owner  who advised that his wife was driving it and he would have her stop back at the Marathon on her way home to take care of it.  2048 hours-Officer was advised by an employee of Marathon Gas that subject had returned and paid for the gas. 11/22/2019 8:05 AM Animal Complaint - Other East First Ave. On this date and time, Officer responded to the listed location on the report of a stray dog. Upon arrival, the complainant released the dog to Officer. Officer recognized who the dog belonged to. Officer took the dog to owner's residence and released it to owner.  Dog owners were given a warning for allowing the dog to run loose and were told that no further warnings would be given. Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
11/22/2019 12:25 AM Suspicious Person/Vehicle North Chillicothe St. On the stated date and time, Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a suspicious light green Dodge van parked near the restrooms at the listed location. Officer then made contact with the owner who advised she was recently homeless. Officer provided subject with options for help services and advised her she could not stay at the park. Once subject left the location, Officer then returned to patrol. Pastime Park Approved
11/23/2019 11:53 PM Assist Other Agency US Rt. 33  On the stated date and time, Officer was requested by UCSO Deputy to have K9 Andor complete a narcotic sniff of a vehicle he had stopped on US 33 near SR 31.  After assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
11/23/2019 5:39 PM Warrant - Misdemeanor West Main St. On the stated date and time, Officer learned that Eli Dean was staying at the listed location. Eli had an entered warrant (confirmed) out of the Madison County Sheriff's Office; FTA for traffic offenses. Officers made contact with Eli and placed him into custody without incident. Officer transported Eli to the Tri-County Regional Jail where he was released into their custody.   Pending
11/23/2019 4:25 PM Open Door North Ave.     Pending
11/24/2019 4:00 PM 911 Follow-up North Chillicothe St. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the northern area of the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with caller who advised he accidentally called 911. Caller confirmed there was no emergency. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol. Pastime Park Pending
11/24/2019 8:57 AM Injury Crash SR 161 E  Officer was dispatched to a single-vehicle crash on SR161E near Butler Avenue. Upon arrival,  Officer met with Harper Carbone, the vehicle driver of a 2019 silver Nissan Rogue. Harper advised Officer she was slowing to allow the vehicle in front of her to turn onto Butler Avenue. As she did she hit a patch of ice and went left of center. Harper advised she then struck the bridge guard rail on the westbound side of the road. Officer then spoke with a witness to the crash who confirmed Harper's statement. Harper was later issued a citation for Failure to Control (PC Ord.#331.34a).  Harper's vehicle was towed from the scene.   Pending
