11/14/2019 7:29 PM Unruly West South St. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unruly juvenile. The reporting party advised her son was attempting to leave the house and take her vehicle without permission. Officer observed the vehicle, a grey Toyota Corolla, traveling southbound on South Chillicothe St.  Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the complainant's son.  Complainant requested her son be charged with unruly. 11/14/2019 5:50 PM Drunk Driver West Main St. Officer observed a white Chevrolet Express van on West Main Street at North Chillicothe Street. The vehicle was attempting to turn northbound onto North Chillicothe Street. As the vehicle made the turn it accelerated rapidly and squealing its tires for several seconds. Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, Nathanial Clark and Zachary Sunderman, a back seat passenger.  Immediately, Officer detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on/about Nathaniel's person. Officer also located several open cans of Miller Lite throughout the vehicle.  Nathaniel was subsequently issued a summons for Open Container, OVI, OVI-Refusal and Squealing Tires. He was released to a valid driver.   Zachary was subsequently issued a summons for Open Container. Zachary and the front seat passenger were transported to the McDonald's to wait for a ride. Both of them had consumed alcohol and could not drive. See corresponding numbers for further information.   Approved
11/14/2019 12:59 PM Telecom Harassment North Ave. Officer was contacted, on station, by complainant who advised that she had been receiving several angry messages via Facebook Messenger from subject.  Officer attempted to contact subject via phone but was not able to do so. Officer will attempt contact on Officer's next shift and advised subject to stop messaging/contacting complainant and also, remind subject that she is not permitted on the property per the owner;  as stated in the letter dated 09/18/2019.     Pending
