Dispatch advised caller observed two subjects having sexual intercourse in the woods behind the listed location. When caller observed this, the subjects ran away towards Jackson Street. The dog's owner had flagged Officer down earlier in the night and advised that his dog escaped from his yard. Officer made contact with dog's owner via public and advised him of the dog's location. Dog's owner arrived a short time later and took the dog. Officer advised dog's owner of the possible consequences if the dog continued to run loose. Officer then returned to patrol. | Returned |
