Upon making contact with the driver, the officer could detect an odor of alcohol and observed an open beer can in the center console. After further investigation, Andrew Cook, 37, of Dublin was arrested for OVI. Andrew submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in .248% BAC. Andrew was issued citations for Driving Upon Street Posted or Closed for Repair, OVI, OVI-Super Concentration and Open Container. He was later released to a family member. | |
