23-Aug-22	7:51:00 PM	Suspicious Vehicle	Anderson Ave.	Officer responded on a suspicious vehicle driving slowly up and down the street multiple times. The registered owner of the vehicle was contacted and advised they were in the area visiting a friend. After determining everything to be fine, the officer returned to patrol.
23-Aug-22	6:39:00 PM	Marijuana	SR 161 E	Officer conducted a traffic stop on a driver who had a suspended license. Upon approaching the vehicle, there was an odor of raw marijuana coming from the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted and marijuana was found. Subsequently, Jacob Hinger, 22, of Mount Vernon, was issued a citation for FRA Suspension, No OL, and Possession of Drugs. The vehicle was towed to the Plain City Impound Lot.

23-Aug-22	3:10:00 PM	Solicitor	Dogwood Ct.	Officer responded on a complaint of a Solicitor. Officer made contact with the individual, who advised he worked for Fluent and he did not have a solicitor permit from the Village. Subsequently, Lukas Donohoe, 25, of Columbus, was cited for Soliciting without a Permit.
23-Aug-22	11:25:00 AM	Recovered/Found Property	South Chillicothe St.	A Razor Scooter was found in the roadway on South Chillicothe Street and was turned in to the police department.
