Officer made contact with the individual, who advised he worked for Moxie Pest Control and he did not have a solicitor permit from the Village. Subsequently, Dennis Judd, 24, of Payson, UT, was cited for Soliciting without a Permit.

Officer made contact with the individual, who advised he worked for Moxie Pest Control and he did not have a solicitor permit from the Village. Subsequently, Kaeden Roberts, 22, of Springville, UT, was cited for Soliciting without a Permit.
