Officers responded to on a report of a dispute between employees and customers. All parties were separated and warned for Disorderly Conduct. Per the request of the business the customers were trespassed from the location.

Traffic Stop

SR 161 E

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle with a registration violation. During the traffic stop, the officer learned the driver had a suspended license. Subsequently, Angelica Stevenson, 30, of Marysville, was issued a traffic citation for FRA Suspension, Plates/Identification mark belonging to another vehicle, and No Valid OL. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot by Kirby’s Towing. Angelica walked to a nearby business to wait for a ride.

Officer responded on a noise complaint of loud music coming from The Grainery. The officer determined the music was excessive, the business was contacted and turned down the music.

Officer responded on a complaint of barking dogs. Officer attempted to make contact with the resident but was unsuccessful. A short time later, patrolled the area and could no longer hear barking. Follow-up will be made with the resident.

Officer responded on a concern regarding juveniles, possibly being left unattended at the pool, on a previous day. An incident report was taken and an investigation is ongoing.

Officer responded on a parking complaint, of a vehicle parked at the business and it needed moved. Officer attempted contact with the vehicle owner but was unsuccessful. The business owner was advised, he could have the vehicle towed.

Officer responded on a disabled vehicle at Main Street and South Chillicothe Street. The officer assisted with traffic control until the vehicle was towed from the scene.

Officer responded on to a vehicle that was parked near Willowbend Circle and West Ave with occupants inside. The occupants advised they were dropping someone off at a nearby residence. After speaking with all parties and observing nothing out of the ordinary, the officer returned to patrol.

Warrant - Misdemeanor

Shepper Ave.

Officers were requested to assist the Morrow County Sheriff's Office with serving a warrant. Officers arrested Anthony Sarton, 36, of Plain City on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
