12-Nov-21	3:44:00 PM	911 Follow-up	Carriage Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 Follow-up.  Upon arrival, officer spoke with residents and everything was determined to be fine.
12-Nov-21	3:30:00 PM	Storm Damage	West First Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to possible storm damage. Upon arrival, officer observed a utility pole near 131 West First Ave leaning over. Engine 261 personnel responded and requested assistance with traffic control until Frontier Communications arrived to fix the pole. Once the officers assistance was no longer needed, he returned to patrol.
12-Nov-21	8:42:00 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Village Blvd.	Officer was met at the police department in reference to a missing elderly person. The reporting party informed the officer that his elderly mother-in-law left her residence around 5:15AM, which was unusual and that her cellphone died and there was no way of reaching her. The missing person was located shortly after the report was made. After determining everything to be ok, officer then returned to patrol.	Plain City Municipal Building
12-Nov-21	8:20:00 AM	Alarm Drop	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon arrival, contact was made with the keyholder and an employee, who were on scene. They advised the officer everything was ok.	Miller's Furniture
13-Nov-21	6:14:00 AM	911 Follow-up	Murlay Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. Upon arrival, officer checked the residence and was unable to make contact with anyone however, the residence did not have any signs of disturbance. A short time later, contact was made with the resident and she advised it was accidental and everything was fine.
14-Nov-21	5:05:00 PM	Alarm Drop	Central Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location for an alarm drop. Officers arrived and checked the exterior of the listed location and found a door open. While checking the listed location, an employee showed up, and requested officers to do a walk-through of the building. Officers walked through the listed location and no one was inside nor did anything appeared tampered with. After our services were no longer needed, we returned to patrol. 14-Nov-21	2:58:00 PM	Neighbor Dispute	North Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a neighbor dispute. Upon arrival, the reporting party advised that she heard yelling and screaming coming from outside her apartment. Upon arrival, officer met with the individuals who were arguing and advised them of the complaint. Both parties stated that they would keep to themselves and remain civil for the remainder of the day. Officer advised that if there are issues in the future to contact the police department.
