04-Nov-21	10:58:00 PM	Assist Other Agency	El Camino Dr.	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to respond to the listed location in reference to a residential alarm drop. After determining everything to be ok, officer returned to patrol.
04-Nov-21	5:45:00 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was requested at the listed location. Upon arrival, officer was advised that an individual had an outstanding balance that needs to be paid. The Park Manager stated that she would review records to verify there was still an outstanding balance. If money is owed the individual was given a deadline to make the payment or charges could possibly be filed.	Pastime Park
04-Nov-21	11:45:00 AM	Assist Other Agency	Colvin Dr.	Officer received a report of potential neglect at the listed location. Information was forwarded to the Madison County Sheriff's Office.
04-Nov-21	10:05:00 AM	Theft/Identity	Lewis Cir.	Officer met with a complainant in regards to potential theft. After further investigation, it was determined that a scam had occurred. The complainant was advised to contact her financial institution to make them aware of the situation and to contact the Ohio Attorney General's Office.
04-Nov-21	1:15:00 AM	911 Follow-up	Shepper Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. After making contact with the homeowner, everything was determined to be ok.
