Upon arrival, the officer met the caller and was advised that someone pulled in blocking his parking spot. Contact was made to the vehicle owner and she was advised it was a private lot. 09-Nov-21	12:58:00 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	North Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location for a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, contact was made with the caller. She advised that someone was banging on the windows and the front and back door while yelling. The caller was only able to see the person's shadow and was unable to recognize the voice. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary.
