05-Nov-21	9:12:00 PM	Behavioral Health	West Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a possible suspicious person. Officers made contact with the homeowner, checked the area and determined everything to be fine. Contact was made with a family member and once the officers assistance was no longer needed, they returned to patrol.
05-Nov-21	6:05:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	North Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible narcotics complaint. Upon arrival, officer spoke with the reporting party. Once more information was gathered, it was determined not to be narcotics. After deeming everything was fine, officer returned to patrol.
05-Nov-21	5:02:00 PM	Non-Injury Crash	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer responded to a non-injury accident on South Jefferson Ave. Upon arrival, officer observed a blue Chevrolet HHR disabled on the roadway. The other vehicle was a silver Honda sedan that had moved to the parking lot of Der Dutchman. Officer spoke with both drivers, a crash report was completed and the driver of the HHR was later issued a citation for Failure to Yield. The vehicle was removed from the roadway.
05-Nov-21	3:58:00 PM	Drunk Driver	South Jefferson Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a male who was passed out at a gas pump. Upon arrival, officer located a Ford van at the pump, with a male who was slumped over. Officers made contact with the occupant, Michael Wilson (53), and smelled a very strong odor of alcohol. Michael was placed into custody for OVI.  Upon conducting a probable cause search of the vehicle, three bottles of vodka were found, a small baggie of marijuana and rolling papers. Michael was issued citations for OVI, Super Concentration, Driving Under Suspension and No OL.  He was also charged with Possession of Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia and Open Container. 06-Nov-21	11:18:00 PM	911 Follow-up	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up at the listed location. Upon arrival, officer made contact with the caller, who advised it was accidental. Once deeming that nothing seemed suspicious, officer returned to patrol.
06-Nov-21	9:15:00 PM	Driving Complaint	South Chillicothe St.	Officers were dispatched for a driving complaint for a vehicle that was all over the road. Officers located the vehicle and made contact with the driver. Once determining that the driver was not impaired, officers returned to patrol.
06-Nov-21	5:34:00 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 33	Officers were requested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol to respond to US 33 for a K9 Assist. Upon arrival, the K9 officer indicated a positive alert on the vehicle. After assistance was no longer needed, officers returned to patrol

Upon arrival, officer met with the caller. The caller advised that an employee was terminated and that person is to not be on the property. 06-Nov-21	1:19:00 AM	Open Door	West Main St.	Officer observed the back door to the listed location unsecure. Upon checking the building, officer did not see anything out of the ordinary. Contact was made with an employee, who was advised of the situation.	Daily Needs Assistance
07-Nov-21	7:31:00 PM	Other Dispute	Village Blvd.	Two individuals came into the police department to report that a family member had some personal items that they would not return. Officer contacted the family member, explained the situation and the items were later returned without incident.	Plain City Municipal Building
07-Nov-21	5:21:00 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location to answer questions regarding a civil dispute concerning some property. Officer provided information to the parties. Once the officer was no longer needed, he returned to patrol.

07-Nov-21	6:48:00 AM	Assist Other Agency	Old SR 161 E	Officer was on the scene of a possible stranded vehicle. The officer waited with the vehicle until Ohio State Highway Patrol arrived on scene. Once the officers assistance was no longer needed, he returned to patrol.
