The registration returned to Amanda Larson. Amanda had two active warrants for Failure to Appear for traffic offenses. Amanda was placed into custody and transported to the Tri-County regional jail and booked in on the above warrants. Amanda also received a traffic citation for No Valid OL.		Pending

The caller, Kevin Taylor, advised he has a Protection Order against him out of Delaware County. 30-Jul-21	8:08:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	South Mechanic St.	Officer met with complainant at the police department.  Complainant advised that her husband, is still bothering her with his cellphone camera.  He also allowed another subject to move into their residence, against her wishes.  Complainant was advised on her options with regards to him recording her.  Officer also advised the only way to have the other subject removed was eviction.  Complainant understood and was encouraged to contact the police department anytime she felt things were getting out of hand. 31-Jul-21	3:05:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West First Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a vehicle that had driven through a yard. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with resident, who advised that several of her neighbors started that a large black truck used for the Rock the Clock event drove through her yard. No damage occurred; however, tire tracks were observed. They were photographed. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending

Upon arrival, Officers found a female with several lacerations on the right side of her face. Female was later transported to hospital by medic for treatment for her injuries. 31-Jul-21	11:13:00 PM	DOC	West Main St.	On the listed date and time, while in the rear patio of the listed location, Officer observed David Harig stand from his seated position at the patio and attempt to use the wall and chairs around him to hold him up.  David would not assist in trying to get a ride home and was persistent in his actions. David was subsequently charged for Persistent Disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated and taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.  See case for further.	The Grainery	Pending
