24-Aug-21	12:40:00 AM	Assist Other Agency	Hawn Rd.	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to the listed location to assist a subject in need of EMS.  Officer arrived and assisted until EMS arrived on the scene to transport the subject.
25-Aug-21	3:17:00 PM	Non-Injury Crash	West Main St.	Officer responded to a non-injury crash at West Main Street and South Jefferson Avenue. A silver Chevrolet SUV rear-ended by a blue GMC pick-up truck. Anthony Custer (31 YOA) was issued a citation for Assured Clear Distance Ahead.
25-Aug-21	9:06:00 AM	Assist Other Agency	SR 736	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to assist their deputies with traffic control near 8476 SR736 for a traffic crash.
25-Aug-21	1:04:00 AM	Telecom Harassment	South Chillicothe St.	Officers responded on a telecommunication harassment complaint. Victim did not wish to pursue criminal charges, but wanted no further contact from the caller.  Officers are working to warn the suspect of the possibility of criminal charges if it continues.
25-Aug-21	12:40:00 AM	911 Follow-up	South Chillicothe St.	Officer responded on a 911 Follow-up.  After determining everything to be fine, officer returned to patrol.
26-Aug-21	11:58:00 PM	Prowler	Anderson Ave.	Officers responded to a possible prowler complaint, but did not find anyone or any signs of anyone being around the caller's residence.
26-Aug-21	3:05:00 PM	Neighbor Dispute	Fairfield Dr.	Officer met with a MCDOJFS caseworker to conduct a well-being check on a person receiving services. Subject was fine and did not need any assistance.
26-Aug-21	12:39:00 AM	Open Door	Anderson Ave.	Officer observed a garage door open and made contact with the homeowner who shut the garage door.
