03-Aug-21	3:24:00 PM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 E	On the listed date and time, Dispatch advised Officer that complainant wanted to speak to an officer at PCPD.  Officer learned the complaint occurred outside of PCPD’s occurred outside of PCPD’s jurisdiction.  Complainant was advised   of the appropriate agencies in which to contact. 03-Aug-21	12:37:00 PM	Disabled Vehicle	SR 161 E	Officer was eastbound on East Main Street behind a white Chevrolet Silverado pulling a flatbed trailer when Officer observed heavy smoke coming from the right side of the trailer. Officer activated his emergency lights to attempt to get the driver's attention. As the truck was slowing to stop, the front right tandem tire popped. The vehicle was unable to be moved off the roadway due to the ditch line. Officers provided traffic control while a service technician replaced the trailer tire. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officers returned to patrol.		Approved
