20-Jul-21	1:16:00 AM	Juvenile	East Main St.	Officers were dispatched to the area in reference to a female sitting in the road.  Officer made contact with juvenile and learned that she snuck out of her residence without her mother's knowledge. Officers then made contact with juvenile's mother, who arrived on scene. Juvenile was released to mother.  Juvenile was charged with Minor's Curfew. See case for further.		Pending

Officer advised complainant PCPD would conduct extra patrols in the area to attempt to catch the suspects. Officer advised complainant to contact PCPD if she had any further information.		Returned

21-Jul-21	5:18:00 PM	Driving Complaint	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officer was advised of a driving complaint going northbound on Plain City-Georgesville Rd and coming into town. Officer located the vehicle at the registered owner's listed residence.  Officer advised the male of the complaint.  Subject denied driving the vehicle and would not provide Officer with any other information. Officer advised subject of his expired registration on the vehicle and returned to patrol.		Returned
21-Jul-21	4:29:00 PM	Parking Complaint	North Chillicothe St.	Parks and Rec. Director notified the police department of a parking complaint. Officer arrived on scene and found the camper unoccupied. Director then notified Officer that the owner of the camper accidentally parked in the wrong campsite and that she would get in contact with them. Officer then returned to patrol. 22-Jul-21	9:30:00 PM	DOC	North Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the primitive camping area of Pastime Park. Officers were advised by an anonymous caller that David Buoni was being loud and yelling obscenities again.  David was placed in custody for Persistent Disorderly Conduct and Open Container. While finishing the investigation, Officers observed a multi-colored marijuana pipe on a table in David's camping area. David was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail and booked in on Open Container, Persistent Disorderly Conduct, and Marijuana Paraphernalia.  See case for further information.	Pastime Park	Approved

22-Jul-21	3:55:00 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Gay St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an injured raccoon. Upon arrival, the raccoon had a small injury to its face; however, it was acting normal in attempting to get away from Officer.  It did not appear to be suffering. The kennel was opened prior to leaving to allow the raccoon out. Caller advised she would call back if the raccoon stayed in the area and appeared distressed. Officer then returned to patrol. An anonymous caller advised a male that was staying at a green tent was being loud and causing a disturbance. Officers made contact with the male.  Officers educated subject on the open container laws and had him pour out the beverage. Subject was warned for Disorderly Conduct and Open Container. 23-Jul-21	6:20:00 PM	Pursuit	US Rt. 42 N	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a blue Honda sedan.  The vehicle returned to Benjamin Bargar, whose license was under an OVI Suspension and a Non-Compliance Suspension. It also returned showing Benjamin had an active warrant out of the Delaware County Sheriff's Office for Failure to Appear on an OVI charge. Officer activated his overhead lights and sirens and attempted to stop the vehicle on South Jefferson Ave, but the vehicle continued without stopping. The vehicle took Officer on a pursuit that went on West Ave to South Chillicothe St to  SR 161 ( E Main St) to US 33 to I270 to SR315 before the pursuit was terminated. Multiple traffic offenses were issued for Benjamin.  Dublin PD units assisted in the pursuit as well.  See Case for further.		Pending

26-Jul-21	6:13:00 AM	911 Unknown	Fairfield Dr.	An unknown caller called 911 because 8-9 people were outside the caller's window, running around and laughing at him.  Upon arrival, Officer was unable to locate anything out of the ordinary.  The caller stepped out of the listed address and advised he called.  The caller was visibly upset and showed Officer blurry pictures of flowers and caller's reflection.  Officer could not see anyone else in the pictures.  The caller was upset but still able to care for himself.
