It also returned showing Benjamin had an active warrant out of the Delaware County Sheriff's Office for Failure to Appear on an OVI charge. Officer activated his overhead lights and sirens and attempted to stop the vehicle on South Jefferson Ave, but the vehicle continued without stopping. The vehicle took Officer on a pursuit that went on West Ave to South Chillicothe St to SR 161 ( E Main St) to US 33 to I270 to SR315 before the pursuit was terminated.
