12-Jul-21	1:11:00 PM	Juvenile	West Main St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location regarding a possible marijuana complaint. Officers arrived and met with the driver and passenger, who advised that it was a tabacco vape pen. With subject being underage to smoke, Officer contacted mother, who arrived on scene a short time later.  Officer spoke with subject and re-advised of the severity of his actions of how they could result in possible charges. 12-Jul-21	11:46:00 AM	Littering	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer was dispatched to a littering complaint from the listed location. Complainant stated that someone illegally dumped two mattresses in his work dumpster, and the dumpster company would not pick it up. Through some investigation, Officer was able to find out who illegally dumped the mattresses. Officer advised suspect that he needed to remove the property as soon as possible. Officer advised complainant of the situation and returned to patrol.	The Ball House	Pending
