29-Mar-21	11:20:00 AM	Parking Complaint	Lantern Ln.	Officer responded to the listed location for a parking complaint. Officer made contact with vehicle owner via public service, and vehicle owner advised subject was currently borrowing her vehicle. Officer made contact with subject and advised him that neighbors have reported the vehicle hasn't moved in over a week. Subject advised that he would move the vehicle either tonight or tomorrow. Officer will check to make sure the vehicle has been moved on Officer’s next shift. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending

Upon arrival, complainant’s silver Dodge Ram was parked next to the dumpster at the listed location and had dried ketchup on the windshield.
