After further investigation, Emmanuel Belville was placed under arrest for Physical Control and transported to the Police Department. Emmanuel was read the BMV 2255 form and submitted a urine test. 15-Mar-21	7:00:00 AM	Driving Complaint	Converse-Huff Rd.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location for a driving complaint. Officer patrolled the area but was unable to locate the vehicle. Dispatch advised the caller was no longer behind the vehicle.  Officer returned to patrol.		Pending
