Suspect stated she would immediately go pay for the fuel. Officer then returned to patrol.  On 3-13-21, Officer confirmed the payment was made for the fuel.

Officer met with complainant at the Police Department. Complainant advised Officer that she was in a road rage incident just prior to Officer's arrival. Officer attempted to make contact with subject but was unable to. Subject was left a voicemail to contact PCPD.

No Name Alley

Officer made contact with vehicle owner who had parked his white Chevrolet van on a No Name Alley near West Bigelow Ave. The Van was parked off the roadway; however, the location obstructed the view into the intersection. Vehicle owner moved the vehicle without incident. Officer then returned to patrol.

While on routine patrol, Officer observed a Hyundai Sonata with its lights on parked at the listed location after hours. Both occupants were verbally warned for trespassing, and the passenger was verbally warned for public indecency.

Officers responded to the listed location having previous knowledge that Samuel Collins had an entered warrant for his arrest out of Marysville Municipal Court for Failure To Appear out of a probation violation. Samuel was taken into custody without issue. Officer then transported Samuel to Tri-County Regional Jail without issue. Officer then returned to patrol.

UCSO Deputykay and Officer went to the listed location to arrest Kevin Thompson on a warrant.  Kevin had three warrants (on indictment) for Failure to Comply (felony) and two counts of OVI (Misdemeanor), both out of the Madison County Common Pleas Court.  Officer made contact with Kevin and placed him into custody without incident.  Officer transported Kevin to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

Loud Noise/Disturbance

East West Ave.

Officers were dispatched to the area of the listed location for a report of gunshots heard. Dispatch advised Officers that hunters were shooting guns just east of the Village in Madison County.  Officer made contact with the callers to advise them that just east of town were hunters shooting their guns and that was what they were hearing. Officers then returned back to patrol.

Officers observed a white Maserati parked at the listed location with their lights on for a few minutes without moving.  After determining everything was okay, Officer returned to patrol.
