Officer looked at several residences around the vehicle and they were all dark. Due to the time of day, Officer did not attempt to make contact with anyone. Officer left a message for the vehicle owner, to contact Officer. The vehicle was not an obstruction to traffic, so Officer returned to patrol. 2148 Hours-Officer received a call from vehicle owner and advised him of the violation. Vehicle owner stated that next time he would park on the north side of the roadway and thanked Officer for letting him know. | Approved | |

Officer made contact with vehicle owner at her residence and advised her of the incident. She advised Officer that the vehicle belonged to a family member, but she would have it moved. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol. | Approved |
