Officer was met on station by complainant who had a yellow lab
on a leash with her. She advised that she had found the dog running loose on
North Chillicothe Street. Officer took the dog and secured it in the pen with
food and water. A short time later, the dog sitter arrived on station.
She was given a warning regarding the dog running loose. She left with the
dog in her custody.

Officer received a direct, anonymous complaint about a canine
left unattended in a vehicle. Officer made contact with the vehicle/canine
owner inside of the business. Subject was advised not to leave his canines in
a vehicle unattended. Subject advised that he would finish his patronage
within minutes and take the dogs home. Officer then returned to patrol.

unruly youth that was running away from his mother. After speaking with both

returned to patrol.

Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a red Ford Pick-Up
truck bearing fail to stop behind the clearly marked stop bar on North
Chillicothe Street at West Main Street. Officer initiated a traffic stop with
the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver. Florencio
Garcia-Sanchez was issued a citation for marijuana paraphernalia and released
to his employer. Jose Luis-Hernandez Montiel was placed in custody and
transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail where he was booked in for No
Valid OL. The vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound
Lot.

Officer was dispatched to the area of Pioneer Pizza in reference
to a man that was screaming. Upon my arrival Officer located the man, Matthew
Schaefer. Matthew was subsequently arrested and charged with Open
Container and Disorderly Conduct. He was transported to Tri-County Jail where
the Admission staff refused to take him. Officer subsequently took
subject to the Pilot truck stop where he was released with a summons.

Officer was on patrol behind a red Honda Pilot traveling
northbound on South Chillicothe St near 580 South Chillicothe St. The vehicle
appeared to be traveling above the posted speed limit. Officer paced the
vehicle at 32 MPH in a 25 MPH speed zone. Officer initiated a traffic
stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle operator, Jacob
Picklesimer. Jacob Picklesimer was issued a criminal summons for
marijuana paraphernalia and given a verbal warning for the traffic
infraction. See case for further.

up. Subject stated he had accidentally hit the emergency button on his

Officers made contact with Eli Dean the front seat passenger of
a blue Dodge Ram in reference to a felony arrest warrant for possession of
cocaine out of the Columbus (OH) Police Department. We also made contact with
William Millington who was seated in the driver seat. William was transported
to the Tri County Regional Jail where he was booked in for Obstructing
Official Business and Drug Paraphernalia. Officer transported Eli to the
Franklin County Jail where he was booked in on his outstanding warrant.

stolen vehicle complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with complainants.
Suspect was interviewed and denied any knowledge. Officer located the vehicle

lanes traveling southbound on US 42 near 736. Officer observed the
vehicle weaving within the lane near Friend St. Officer initiated a traffic
stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle owner/operator.

to pay attention to the roadway and lanes when he drives. I then returned to
patrol.

Street in reference to a male subject hitchhiking. A short while later UCSO
Deputy arrived. UCSO Deputy and Officer assisted subject with gathering his
property and placing it in the cruiser. Once Deputy departed the scene,
Officer returned to patrol.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a green Buick
Sedan traveling southbound on US 42 near North Chillicothe St. The
registration returned to, Jonna Voll, a suspended driver. Jonna was issued a
citation for driving under a court order suspension, driving under a non
compliance suspension and no valid ol. Jonna was issued a criminal summons
for possession of marijuana. Jonna was released and advised she would walk to
a friend’s house. Jonna’s vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound lot.
