7/23/2018	9:16 AM	Juvenile	Maple St.	Officer was dispatched to the area of West Bigelow and Maple in reference to a small juvenile that had been found walking down the road. Officer reminded juvenile not to leave his residence without permission in the future. Officer advised mother that this incident would be forwarded to the MCDOJFS for review. Officer returned to patrol.

7/23/2018	9:50 AM	Animal Complaint - Other	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the Plain City Food Pantry in reference to a baby raccoon that was in the area. Upon arrival the raccoon was captured in a milk crate. Officer was able to transport the raccoon to a secluded area and upon release, the animal did not appear to be sick or injured. 7/23/2018	8:15 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location reference an anonymous tip a skimmer was placed on the ATM. Upon arrival, Officer checked the ATM and was unable to see any signs of a skimmer device being on the ATM. Officer then returned to patrol.	Mike's Pit Stop
7/24/2018	1:10 PM	Neighbor Dispute	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unruly juvenile. Officer spoke with subject about issues with his temper and advised that he had problems with complainant, that he should tell his guardian about it. Officer then returned to patrol.	Darby Apartments

7/24/2018	2:50 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 33	Officer responded to the area of US 33 to assist Deputy of the Union County Sheriff’s Office with a vehicle search. After my assistance was no longer needed Officer returned to patrol.
7/24/2018	8:09 PM	Neighbor Dispute	Central Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a neighbor dispute. After speaking with all parties, everyone was advised to not have any further contact with one another and to contact with Police if they have any issues. Officer then returned to patrol.
7/25/2018	1:16 AM	Assist Other Agency	Weldon Rd.	Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the Union County Sheriff’s Office in reference to an alarm drop. Once assistance was no longer needed Officer returned to patrol.
7/25/2018	8:46 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a stolen bicycle.  On 07-26-2018 The bike was found and returned to the owner.
7/26/2018	10:00 PM	Dog Bite	Willow Creek Ct.	Officer received a direct complaint at the police department reference a dog bite incident. The dog was quarantined and report forwarded to the Madison Co. Dog Warden.
7/26/2018	12:39 AM	Suspicious Vehicle	Alderwood Cir.	Officer observed a black Chevy truck parked in the driveway of the listed location. Once determining everything checked okay Officer returned to patrol.
7/26/2018	10:46 AM	Forgery	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the Richwood Bank in reference to a fraudulent check. Officer made contact with the subject.  After speaking with the Prosecutor's Office, James was released from the scene pending Grand Jury. For more information see case.	Richwood Bank
7/26/2018	5:11 PM	Public Indecency	Converse Ave.	Officer was met at the Police Department by complainant. See case for further.
7/26/2018	9:25 PM	Traffic Stop	Maple St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a red Chevy Van traveling northbound on Maple Street near West Main Street the registration returned to, Michael Deleon. Michael was issued a citation for Failure to Reinstate (x2) and No Valid OL. Michael was advised to have a valid driver pick he and the vehicle up. Officer then returned to patrol.
7/27/2018	4:28 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	Converse Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to an arrest warrant for local charges. David Loy was placed into custody for an arrest warrant for Public Indecency. Officer then transported David to the Tri-County Regional Jail where he was booked in on the above charge. Refer to OIR: 18-0924 for further.
7/27/2018	11:00 PM	Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor	Carriage Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. Givens Justus was ultimately placed under arrest for Domestic Violence and Unlawful Restraint. He was then transported to Tri-County Regional Jail by Officer without incident. 7/27/2018	5:22 PM	Criminal Damaging	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a criminal mischief complaint. Subject advised that she would replace the planter and no further action was needed. Officer then returned to patrol.
7/27/2018	1:50 AM	Suspicious Person	North Chillicothe St.	Officer observed a Toyota Corolla parked in the primitive camping section of the listed location that had not been there a short time earlier. Officer advised subjects that they as long as payment was already made they could stay at the site. Officer then returned to patrol. Officer spoke with Director of Parks and Recreation for Plain City who confirmed that the payment had been received.	Pastime Park
7/27/2018	2:52 AM	Drunk Driver	SR 161 E	Officer was dispatched to the area of US 42 and Alcott Dr. reference a possible impaired driver. Antonio Leonard was placed under arrest for OVI and cited for other traffic infractions. Antonio submitted to a urine test at the police department. See case for further.
7/27/2018	10:21 AM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 W	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's to assist their unit on fatal crash on SR 161 West at Unionville Road. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.
7/28/2018	2:37 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 33	Officer was requested by the State Highway Patrol Post 80 to perform open air narcotic sniff on a vehicle.  OSP called and advised Officers assistance was no longer needed prior to my arrival.
7/28/2018	8:06 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a silver Chevy Sedan traveling northbound on South Jefferson Avenue near 211 South Jefferson Avenue. Natoiya Manley was issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL and driving on a Non Compliance Suspension. Natoiya was issued a criminal summons for Marijuana Paraphernalia. Officer transported Natoiya to McDonalds where she waited for her ride. Natoiya’s vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot.  Vehicle plates were seized per BMV Case: NC17053518
7/28/2018	6:45 PM	Traffic Stop	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a black Nissan Sedan.  John Parker was issued a citation for OVI Suspension and No Valid OL. John’s vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot.  John was transported to McDonald’s where he was dropped off to wait for his ride.
7/28/2018	3:14 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	No Name Alley	Officer was dispatched to the area of North Avenue in reference to a shooting compliant. Officer patrolled the area and did not hear any gunshots or observe anything out of the ordinary.
7/28/2018	10:16 AM	Juvenile	Buckboard Ln.	Officer was dispatched to the intersection of Coachman Drive and Buckboard Lane in reference to found juvenile. The mother of the juvenile thanked the Officer for bringing her back and insured it would not happen again. Officer then returned to patrol.
7/28/2018	9:53 AM	Assist Other Agency	Lafayette-Plain City Rd.	Officer was requested by Madison County Sheriff's Office and OSP Post 25 to respond to the area of Converse Huff Road and Lafayette-Plain City Road in reference to a vehicle pursuit and needing stop sticks deployed. Upon my arrival to the area Officer learned that the Trooper had stopped the vehicle already and had the subject in custody. Due to no longer needing assistance, Officer returned to patrol.
7/28/2018	8:06 AM	Assist Other Agency	Lafayette-Plain City Rd.	Officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's to check for a loose cow near Lafayette-Plain City Road. Upon arrival Officer checked the area and did not locate a loose cow. Officer advised Madison County of Officer’s findings and returned to patrol.
7/28/2018	12:23 AM	Theft - Misdemeanor	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location reference a theft. Officer spoke with complainant the next day. She advised she located her purse with all the contents.	Pastime Park
7/28/2018	12:10 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Coachman Dr.	Officer received a direct complaint reference a suspicious circumstance. Officer checked the residence and was unable to find anything out of the ordinary. Officer then returned to patrol.
