Officer observed Kyle Stanley sitting in his vehicle that was
parked next to the listed location. Having prior knowledge that Kyle had an
entered warrant for his arrest out of the Madison County Municipal Court for
FTA on a Disposition Hearing (confirmed), he was placed into custody without
incident and Officer transported him to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

warrant. Upon arrival, Officers placed Leslie Beachy into custody for a
confirmed warrant for failure to appear on a bond hearing. Leslie was

the Tri-County Jail and book her in on the above warrant.

of the issue.
