20-Aug-24	6:39:00 PM	Traffic Stop	West Ave.	A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle for speeding. The driver was under a Physical Control Suspension and had expired license plates. Subsequently, Gary Hurst II, 38, of Columbus, was issued citations for OVI Suspension, No OL and Speed.  He was given a warning for the expired tags. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.

The caller advised she received a call from someone stating she had a warrant for her arrest due to missing jury duty and she needed to pay $5,000. Officer advised this was a scam. After further investigation, the driver did not have a valid driver's license. Subsequently, Shannon Feimster, 46, of Dayton, was issued citations for Non-Compliance Suspension, No Valid OL and, Expired Tags. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
