Subsequently, Meredith Walsh, 19, of Plain City, was issued a citation for Stop Sign violation. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

26-Jul-24	7:05:00 PM	Traffic Stop	Center St.	A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle with obstructed license plates. Contact was made with the driver and it was learned he had a suspended driver's license. 27-Jul-24	8:50:00 PM	Cocaine/Crack	West Second Ave.	Officer observed a male slumped over in the front seat of a parked vehicle. Contact was made with the male and it appeared the he may have been under the influence of narcotics. Hilliard PD's K9 unit arrived on scene and gave a positive alert on the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted and what appeared to be a crack rock was located in the vehicle. Possible charges pending outcome of lab analysis.	Plain City Aquatic Center

An investigation is ongoing.
27-Jul-24	10:08:00 PM	DOC	West Main St.	Officers responded on a report of a possible fight. After further investigation, two intoxicated males were involved in a verbal dispute. They were warned for disorderly conduct.
