Officer responded to a non-injury crash at Plain City Georgesville Rd and Converse Huff Rd between two vehicles. Subsequently, Meredith Walsh, 19, of Plain City, was issued a citation for Stop Sign violation. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle with obstructed license plates. Contact was made with the driver and it was learned he had a suspended driver's license. Subsequently, Eric Hoskins, 28, of Dayton, was issued citations for Display of License Plates, Failure to Reinstate, No Driver's License, and Forfeiture Suspension.

West Second Ave.

Officer observed a male slumped over in the front seat of a parked vehicle. Contact was made with the male and it appeared the he may have been under the influence of narcotics. Hilliard PD's K9 unit arrived on scene and gave a positive alert on the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted and what appeared to be a crack rock was located in the vehicle. Possible charges pending outcome of lab analysis.

Officer responded on a report of a non-injury hit skip crash on Church Street just north of East Bigelow Ave. A witness reported an unknown make and model Camper towing a trailer hit a parked vehicle and left the scene. An investigation is ongoing.
