The driver had an active warrant out of Madison County. Subsequently, Angel Narciso, 20, of Plain City was placed into custody and transported to the Madison County Sheriff's Office. Angel was issued citations for no driver’s license, FRS suspension, and for squealing tires, "peeling," cracking exhaust noises. | |
