17-Oct-22	8:06:00 PM	Traffic Stop	Perry Pike	Officer initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle for driving with its high beams on without dimming them for oncoming traffic. The driver advised she was having difficulty seeing at night and she seemed confused. A family member arrived a short time later and escorted her back home.
