Ball, 55, of Plain City, was arrested for two outstanding warrants through Madison County and Union County. Linda was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
05-Oct-22	11:29:00 AM	Solicitor	Willow Creek Ct.	Officer responded on a complaint of a Solicitor. Contact was made with the subject, who advised he work for Essential Pest Control but did not have a permit. Subsequently, Jose Ramirez-Rodriguez, 23, of Chillicothe, was cited for Soliciting without a Permit.
