An Audi A4 was attempting to turn left onto Nighthawk Dr., when it was rear-ended by a Ford Escape. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and were driven from the scene. Subsequently, the driver of the Ford Escape, Gina Morgan, 40, of Plain City, was issued a citation for ACDA (PC ORD 333.036A).

14-Apr-22	3:56:00 PM	Well-being Check	Church St.	Officer responded on a well-being check but was not able to make contact. Attempts are still being made.
14-Apr-22	2:51:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer responded to a possible check theft. After further investigation, there appeared to be a mix up, the check was located and will be forwarded to the appropriate business. Officer determined that no crime was committed.
