27-Dec-21	2:41:00 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Gray St.	Officer responded in reference to a loose black canine in the area of Gray St and West Main St. Officer canvassed the area but was unable to locate the canine.
27-Dec-21	1:25:00 PM	911 Follow-up	Willow Creek Dr.	Officer was dispatched in reference to a 911 follow-up. After deeming no emergency had occurred, officer returned to patrol.
27-Dec-21	9:25:00 AM	Other Dispute	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched in reference to possible threatening messages. After further investigation, none of the messages were threatening or criminal in nature. The officer advised the caller to not have contact with the individual sending messages.
27-Dec-21	9:00:00 AM	Non-Injury Hitskip	Noteman Rd.	Officer observed an unknown vehicle had struck a fire hydrant on the north side of the road. The Plain City Public works department was contacted, arrived on the scene and found no damage to the hydrants operation. Officer canvassed the area looking for a vehicle with front end damage but was unable to locate the vehicle.
