After further investigation, it was found the vehicle tags belonged to the someone else, who gave permission to use the tags. The driver, Raymond Martin, had a suspended driver's license. Raymond was issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL, ALS/OVI Suspension, and Plates/identification mark belonging to another motor vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot and the occupants were given a ride home. | |
