09-Dec-21	6:56:00 PM	Dead on Arrival	Smucker Ln.	Officers were dispatched in reference on a well-being check. Upon arrival, officers found a 61 year old male deceased. The Madison County Coroner was notified and the investigation is ongoing.
09-Dec-21	5:04:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	North Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location for multiple reasons.  Reporting parties stated that their dog was sick however, they weren't sure if the dog was just sick or if he had been poisoned. Officer advised them they should contact their vet if they believed the dog was poisoned. The parties also advised they were receiving unwanted text messages. Officer contacted the person sending the text messages and advised her not to have contact with the reporting parties.
