25-Jun-21	6:25:00 PM	Parking Complaint	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a parking complaint. The anonymous caller advised they observed a black sports car parked in a handicap only spot in front of the listed location. The caller advised they did not observed a handicap placard in the vehicle. Officer responded and found the vehicle to be a black Porsche.  Officer canvassed the area and was unable to locate the registered owner.  Officer then returned to patrol.  After Officer returned to patrol, Officer checked the area about 15 minutes later, and the vehicle was gone. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a dog bite.  Officer met with canine owner and explained the situation to him.  Canine owner was apologetic and understood the quarantine order for his canine.  The information about his canine was obtained and the Animal Bite Form was sent to Madison County Health Department. 26-Jun-21	10:57:00 AM	Trespasser	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location for a suspicious person behind the listed location. Officers arrived and made contact with suspect.  Officer advised suspect that he was loitering on private property and had to leave. Suspect gathered his belongings and was verbally warned for trespassing. Once suspect was clear from the property, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved

Complainant advised he believed the music was too loud, and he believed it was in violation of the noise ordinance. Officer advised complainant that Officer could hear the music, but it was not in violation of the noise ordinance concerning the business district. Officer advised complainant that he could make contact with Plain City Village Officials to voice his concerns with the current noise ordinance. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending

26-Jun-21	7:00:00 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was on patrol in Pastime Park when Officer observed the stop sign next to the basketball court to be missing. Officer checked the post and observed that it appeared to have been taken due to the bolts also missing. Officer checked the area and did not locate the sign. Officer was met at the Police Department by complainant and her daughter regarding suspicious vehicle/circumstances.  Officer drove the subdivision and did not observe any vehicles out of the ordinary. Officer advised complainant and daughter to contact PCPD if they observed the vehicle at anytime so Officer could follow-up.		Pending

27-Jun-21	10:08:00 AM	Well-being Check	Carriage Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location with the medic personnel of Pleasant Valley Fire Department.  The patient admitted to being unable to provide care for himself and agreed to be transported to the hospital. A report was recently forwarded to Madison County Adult Protective services in reference to subject’s living conditions.		Pending
27-Jun-21	10:45:00 AM	Parking Complaint	Fanshell Dr.	Officer observed a black Ford F-150 parked too close to a fire hydrant and in a no parking zone in front of the listed location. Officer made contact with the resident and owner of the vehicle.  Officer verbally warned subject of the parking violation and requested he move his vehicle to an appropriate parking spot. Once the vehicle was moved, Officer returned back to patrol.		Approved
27-Jun-21	7:53:00 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect stated that she was in a verbal dispute with her step-sister, who arrived at the campsite to argue over a pending family divorce.  Suspect advised that step-sister drove away from the campsite before Officer’s arrival.  Officer attempted to contact step-sister via public service but was unsuccessful. OfficerI left a voicemail advising step-sister not to return to the campsite.  Suspect advised there would be no further issues.  Officer then returned to patrol.	Pastime Park	Approved
