Officer made contact with the vehicle owner via public service.  Vehicle owner advised she would move the vehicle. Officer was flagged down by home owner in front of his residence who advised that there was a white, domesticated rabbit in his yard.  Officers tried to capture it, but the rabbit ran under home owner's rear deck.  Home owner advised that he would set a live trap and contact Officers if he is able to capture it.  Officers then returned to patrol.

While on routine patrol, Officer observed two juveniles sitting on top of the visitor dugout at Kaiser Field.  Both juveniles got down without incident and apologized.  Officer made contact with juvenile's mother via public service and advised her of the incident.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a tree that had fallen in the yard due to high winds.  Officer made contact with tree owner, and advised her of the incident. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a group of possible suspicious vehicles near the ballfields. Upon arrival, the vehicles had already vacated. Officer patrolled the area and did not observe anything suspicious.  Officer spoke to the park director/reporting party and advised her to contact PCPD if she observed them in the area again.

Officer was dispatched to the Marathon to meet with a subject in reference to a road rage incident that resulted in him getting pepper sprayed.  The other vehicle was later located by Union County Sheriff's Deputy.  The other driver, Bradley Williams, advised advised the other vehicle pulled over, and they exchanged words. Bradley advised the other driver started to open his door.  Bradley then sprayed the other driver with pepper spray. Bradley later met with Officer at the police department. Bradley was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct. See case for further.

Megan Bocook came into the police station to get her car from our impound lot. While running a registration check on Megan to make sure her license was valid, it was found that she had an active Madison County warrant for Failure to Appear from a traffic offense. Madison County Sheriff's Office advised to have Megan report to the Madison County Municipal Court this Tuesday to take care of the warrant. Megan understood.  Megan paid her fines for the Impound and provided the appropriate paperwork to have her vehicle released back to her.

Subject stated that he did not want the replica toy pistol nor wanted to throw it away.  Subject was fearful that someone could find it and do bad things with it because it resembles a real firearm. A property receipt was issued and the item was taken in as recovered property.
