09-Jun-21	9:37:00 PM	Marijuana	North Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to an odor of marijuana. Officer made contact with suspect, who stated that he had consumed marijuana earlier in the day at another location but denied consuming marijuana at this residence. Officer advised suspect of the consequences if he was found possessing or consuming marijuana. Suspect stated that he understood. Officer then spoke with the caller and returned to patrol.		Pending
09-Jun-21	4:36:00 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	West Main St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a black Honda Accord.  The vehicle registration returned expired and also showed the registration was canceled. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver, Jesse Phillips-Hornak, and his passenger.  It was found that Jesse had an active warrant out of the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office for Contempt of Court. Jesse was later placed into custody for the warrant and transported to the Tri-County Jail.  Jesse was issued a citation for No Valid OL, Failure to Reinstate, and Operating on Tags of Prior Owner. Passenger was released on scene and walked away. Jesse’s vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound lot.		Pending
09-Jun-21	6:22:00 AM	911 Follow-up	Buckboard Ln.	Officer was dispatched to the listed address on a 911 follow-up call.  After determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
