Officer checked the vehicle's speed at 51MPH.  Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver, Taylor Clark and her passenger, Wesley Ramsey.  Wesley was later issued a summons for Possession of Marijuana and Marijuana Paraphernalia. Officer was able to catch the canine and it was taken back to the police department kennel.
