Officers made contact with resident, who advised he had turned the music off about half hour ago and the music will remain off for the night. Warrant - Misdemeanor

Hilliard PD advised Matthew Mullens was located at the listed location for a Probation Violation. Upon arriving at the listed location, Matthew answered the door. Matthew was advised to come outside, and he was placed into custody. Officer relayed with Hilliard at Canaan Elementary School, where Hilliard Officer took custody of Matthew. Officer then returned to patrol.
