11-May-21	5:56:00 PM	Traffic Stop	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was on patrol on US42 near West Ave when Officer conducted a routine registration check on a 2010 red Dodge Charger and learned the registered owner, Joys Vincent Torres Colon, was a suspended driver.  Joys was issued a citation for No Valid OL and Non Compliance Suspension. He was given a warning for Two Brake Lights Required. His vehicle was impounded and towed to the PCPD impound lot. His license plates were seized per BMV request. Officer then returned to patrol.
