The caller advised he witnessed a maintenance worker in camo clothing smoking drugs in a shed behind the listed location. Suspect admitted to smoking marijuana in a glass bowl. Suspect handed Officer the glass bowl, along with a small glass container of marijuana. Suspect was given a warning and advised to use better judgment. Officer then returned to patrol. 22-Feb-21	2:01:00 PM	Attempted Suicide	Cooper Ln.	Officers responded to the listed location for a suicide attempt. Subject advised he would willingly go get treatment at the hospital. Medic escorted subject to hospital. Officers then returned to patrol.		Returned

23-Feb-21	4:13:00 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Maple Ct.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location regarding a loose canine.  Officer made contact with canine owner.  Officer advised canine owner this was her final warning, and if the dog gets out again and chases people, she will be cited. Canine owner understood, and Officer then returned back to patrol.		Approved

23-Feb-21	8:00:00 PM	Fire Support	Church St.	Officer was requested to assist the Pleasant Valley Fire Department because a young juvenile fell and possibly hit his head, and no adults are present.  Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned back to patrol.		Approved

24-Feb-21	11:11:00 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a maroon Buick near South Jefferson Ave. The registration returned to a suspended driver. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver, Tyler Feucht, and the front seat passenger.  It was later found Tyler had a suspended driver's license. Tyler was later issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL and Non Compliance Suspension. Tyler also had an active warrant out of the Ohio State Highway Patrol/Franklin County for Failure to Appear on a traffic offense. Tyler was placed into custody and transported to Costco, where OSP Trooper took custody.  Passenger stayed on scene and waited for a valid driver to pick her and the vehicle up. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
24-Feb-21	10:12:00 AM	Non-Injury Crash	East Main St.	Officer was dispatched to a non-injury crash on East Main Street.  Nicodeme Raymond was issued a citation for ACDA.  Refer to photos and crash report for further information.		Approved
24-Feb-21	6:30:00 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Fairfield Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location regarding a dispute with complainant and complainant's landlord. Officer informed complainant that it was a civil issue and for complainant to get with an attorney.  Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned back to patrol.		Pending
24-Feb-21	8:23:00 PM	911 Unknown	Grant Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location for a 911 follow up. Once deeming everything to be okay, Officer returned back to patrol.		Pending
24-Feb-21	9:39:00 PM	Traffic Stop	West Main St.	Officer observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and confirmed their speed with Officer's moving radar at 38 MPH in a posted 25 MPH zone.  Juvenile driver was cited for speed, no driver's license, noncompliance suspension and juvenile traffic offense.
