2/5/2021	11:24 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	US Rt. 42 N	Officer initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver, Jennifer Dickey, a suspended driver, and her front-seat passenger, Sierra Bowers. It was learned that Sierra had active warrants out of the Champaign County Sheriff's Office for Contempt of Court x3. Sierra was then placed into custody for her warrant and was later transported to Tri-County Jail.  Jennifer received a traffic citation for OVI Suspension, 12 Point Suspension, No Valid OL, and Major Offense/Court Suspension. Upon arrival, Officers searched the listed location and were unable to locate the people or any signs of forced entry. Officers advised the caller to call PCPD if he sees the subjects come back. Officer made contact with the vehicle driver, who advised he was parked in the lot to make a phone call. Officer advised driver he could make his call but to leave immediately after.
