Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller that stated the suspect was wanting to drive home, but the caller did not believe suspect should, due to his intoxication level. After speaking with suspect, it was apparent suspect was highly intoxicated and it was unsafe for him to drive home. During Officer's interaction, suspect was warned for Disorderly Conduct.
