02-Feb-21	8:20:00 AM	Attempted Suicide	Lewis Cir.	Officer was requested to the listed location by the Pleasant Valley Fire Department in reference to a suicide attempt. Subject was transported to hospital and the residence was secured. Officer then returned to patrol.  A CIT was completed.		Approved
