The caller stated that she had been unable to make contact with her sister.  Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the sister who stated that she had forgotten her cell phone and would contact the caller. 1/10/2020	4:27 PM	Message Delivery	West Bigelow Ave.	On the stated date and time, complainant requested Officer made contact with subject and tell her to stop contacting him. Complainant stated that subject had a no-contact order against him and that subject continually leaves him messages in their son's backpack and left messages through complainant's mother. Officer made contact with subject via public service and advised her of the complaint. Subject stated that she would not attempt to leave any further messages for complainant. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
1/10/2020	6:25 PM	Driving Complaint	South Jefferson Ave.	On the listed date, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with complainant who stated that he was at McDonald's, in Plain City, when he almost backed into a grey pickup truck. Complainant then stated that the driver of the truck pulled up next his passenger side of his vehicle, exited his truck and began exchanging derogatory words with him. The driver then got back into his truck, flipped him off and left. Officers patrolled the area to try and make contact with the driver of the truck but were unable to locate the male. 1/10/2020	12:28 AM	Parking Complaint	West South St.	On the stated date and time, Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a black 2015 Ford F150 parked in the middle of the roadway on West South St.  Officer made contact with the vehicle operator who apologized and moved the vehicle without issue. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
1/11/2020	11:30 PM	Traffic Stop	US Rt. 42 N	On the stated date and time, Officer observed a cream Toyota Camry off the side of the road with its hazard lights activated on US 42 N.  Officer made contact with the driver, later identified as, James Helton. James advised everything was fine he just pulled over for an emergency restroom break. Upon further investigation, Officer found James's license was suspended.  After reviewing the driving privileges James provided, it was found James was operating outside of the court-ordered times. James was later issued a citation for OVI Suspension, Failure to Reinstate and No Valid OL. James was later transported to the GetGo Gas Station  James's vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot. 1/11/2020	2:33 AM	Traffic Stop	East Main St.	On the stated date and time, Officer observed a silver Pontiac Sunfire traveling eastbound on East Main St near North Ave. The vehicle's license plate was obstructed by tow straps, it did not have a license plate light, only had one operational brake light, and had a loud exhaust. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with, Shawn Didot.  Officer also observed Shawn wasn't wearing his seat belt. Officer advised Shawn the reason for the traffic stop.  Shawn was later released with a seat belt citation. He was given a verbal warning for the equipment violations.		Pending

1/11/2020	8:56 PM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, Officers observed a parked tan Honda Accord. Upon approaching the vehicle, Officers made contact with driver.  Driver was sitting inside of the vehicle with his two friends. Driver stated that they were moving out of the way so that his friend's parents, who live across the street, could get into the driveway. Everything checked okay, Officers then returned to patrol. 1/11/2020	4:33 PM	Well-being Check	Smucker Ln.	On the listed date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a well-being check. Caller advised he had made several attempts to get in contact with his mother but had been unsuccessful. Upon arrival, at the listed location, Officer attempted to make contact but was unsuccessful.  Officer checked with dispatch for any medic runs at the listed location that may have occurred. Shortly after checking the inside of the residence, dispatched advised that Pleasant Valley EMS had made a medical transport to the hospital at 3:00 am earlier that morning. Caller was on scene and was made aware that his mother was at the hospital. Officers then returned to patrol.		Pending
1/12/2020	1:26 AM	Assist Other Agency	Lydia Dr	On the stated date and time, Officer was requested by UCSO Deputy to have K9 Andor, complete an open-air sniff of a vehicle he had stopped. After assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
1/12/2020	1:56 AM	Suspicious Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a suspicious vehicle parked at the listed location. Officer observed a 2017 black Chrysler 300 and made contact with the driver and one occupant.  It was learned occupant was giving driver consensual oral sex. Both subjects were given a warning for Indecent Exposure and Criminal Trespass.  Subject left without issue. Officer then returned to patrol.	McDonald's	Returned

1/12/2020	5:05 AM	911 Follow-up	Murlay Dr.	On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 followup. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with caller who advised everything was okay and he accidentally pressed the home button several times, which initiated a 911 emergency call. After determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
1/13/2020	4:20 PM	Telecom Harassment	Friend St.	On this date and time, Officers met with complainant, at the listed location, in reference to her receiving harassing messages, via Facebook, from subject.   Officers made an attempt to contact subject via public service, as well as asking the Police Department where subject lives, to contact subject in reference to the threats but were unsuccessful. 1/13/2020	5:29 PM	Storm Damage	North Ave.	On the stated date and time while on patrol, Officer observed a large tree limb resting on top of the listed location. Due to the size of the tree and the risk of it falling, Officer made contact with the homeowner via public service. Homeowner stated that he was aware of the branch and had already contacted a tree service to have the branch removed. Officers then returned to patrol.		Pending
1/14/2020	4:25 PM	Parking Complaint	West South St.	On this date and time Officers observed a gray Honda minivan parked in the roadway at the corner of West South Street and Madison Street. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with subject and advised her that her vehicle was blocking the majority of the roadway.  Subject moved her vehicle into a driveway, off of the road.  Officers then returned to patrol.
