Officer initiated emergency lights and sirens, but the driver of the Impala did not stop. Officer pursued the vehicle until it eventually came to a complete stop on US 42 near Jerome Road and the driver, Robert Molli quickly exited his vehicle. Robert was taken into custody. Robert was charged with Failure to Comply (F3) and several traffic violations. Robert was arrested and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. Robert's vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound lot. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant who advised he was working on the construction site. Complainant left the area to go heat his lunch. Complainant advised that he left his power tools at the top of the stairs and when he returned they were gone. Officer then assisted complainant with looking through the property. Officer and complainant later located the tools hidden behind an attic access door. Complainant advised he was the only one working inside the site today and has no idea who may have hidden them. Officer observed a marked lanes violation and initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle in front of the listed location. Officer made contact with the driver, Marissa McAninch. After further investigation, Marissa was placed under arrest for OVI. Marissa was cited for Marked Lanes, OVI, OVI Super Concentrate and advised of her court date. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the homeowner who advised her live-in boyfriend, Dana Pollard, came home intoxicated, and an argument ensued. Dana then punched the victim in the legs several times and punched the victim in the head with a closed fist four times. Dana was also holding a dinner plate and a butter knife while he struck victim, but did not threaten victim with the knife. 1/9/2020 | 5:42 PM | Heroin | US Rt. 42 N | Officer was running stationary patrol when he observed a black Pontiac Grand AM turn from North Chillicothe St onto US 42 northbound. Officer identified the vehicle driver as, Karl Hobgood, and the vehicle passenger as, Chelsie Still. Officer had prior knowledge neither one of the occupants had a valid driver's license. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with Karl and Chelsie. During a probable cause search, several illegal items were located. Chelsie was later taken to Tri-County and booked in for Drug Abuse Instruments and Drug Paraphernalia. Karl was issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL and FRA Suspension. Chelsie's vehicle was parked in the lot of the church by Officer with her permission. | Pending | |
