Officer responded to the listed location in response to a direct
complaint. The complainant advised that he observed his neighbor kicking her
dog numerous times and then locked the dog in a van that was not running.
Officer made contact with subject who admitted kicking the dog as a form of
punishment because the dog bit her on the arm. Officer confirmed that the dog did not have any injuries and advised subject to
refrain from excessive punishment as it would lead to charges.

Officer was dispatched to the intersection of SR 161 and N.
Chillicothe St in reference a non-injury accident. Officer made contact with
both drivers. Ashley Ellis was subsequently cited for Traffic Control
Devices (ORC 4511.12). Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Officer
then returned to patrol.

Officer received a direct complaint about an injury crash in the
area of SR 161 and Butler Ave. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with
driver. Pleasant Valley Fire Dept. arrived on scene and transported
driver to Riverside Hospital. Kirby's towed the vehicle to their impound lot. The driver, Joshua Barry was issued a citation for Failure to Control.

|
Officer was dispatched the area of SR 161 East near the
corporation limit in reference to a vehicle in the ditch. A passerby
was able to pull the vehicle from the ditch without incident. There was no
damage to the vehicle or property. Officer then returned to patrol.

custody exchange. Upon arrival Officer met with both subjects. Custody was

Officer was met at the Police Department by complainant who
advised someone had hacked into her cell phone disabling it. Officer
instructed complainant to go to her cell phone service provider and they
would be able to assist her with the issue. After deeming everything fine,

Officer was dispatched to the area of Foster Avenue in reference
to a disabled vehicle. Upon arrival Officer met with subject who advised that
his Dodge truck had died and was blocking the roadway. Officer and subject
pushed the vehicle out of the road. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer received a direct complaint from the listed location in
reference a theft. Officer made contact with complainant. She advised that on
12-23-2017, subject purchased pizza, salad, and tip totaling 35.99 delivered to W. Main
St. Complainant advised that the order was completed but the bank issued the
business a fraudulent charge receipt. See case for further.

Officer was notified by complainant of a large black object that
was lying in the roadway on US RT 42. Upon arrival, Officer located the
object and picked up all the pieces and moved them to the edge of the
pavement. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to
patrol.

|
Officers were dispatched to the area of Shepper Avenue in
reference to a fight complaint. The complainant advised that there were two
males were "jumping" another male. Officers made contact with Brian
Love. After a short time, he stated that his friend “Frankie” was
fighting with Tyler Smallwood. Tyler admitted to being in a fight.
Officer was given permission to search the residence for "Frankie".
In doing so, Officer observed a small homemade marijuana pipe in the front
bedroom. He also located Wesley Cummings aka "Frankie" hiding in a
closet. Wesley confirmed that he was in the fight with Tyler. Neither
party wished to pursue with criminal charges. Tyler and Wesley were issued a
summons for Disorderly Conduct. Brian admitted that the marijuana pipe was
his and subsequently charged with Drug Paraphernalia and Obstructing Official

Officer was dispatched to the intersection of East Bigelow
Avenue and South Chillicothe Street in reference to an injury crash. Upon
arrival. Officer spoke with the driver of the Civic, Jessica Springer.
Jessica was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign (PCORD 331.19).

Officer was met at the Police Department by complainant(s).
Complainant advised he attempted to stop female subject from leaving
with another male subject. Male subject then accelerated causing the vehicle
to come in contact with complainant injuring his right hand and elbow.
Complainant was treated by Medic 261 at the Police Department.
Complainant advised he only wanted a report taken. He did not want to
pursue with any charges.

the street near the listed location. Officer made contact with canine owner
who advised his dogs ran out while he was letting out the trash. He was given

follow-up. Officer made contact with caller who advised she accidentally
called 911 with her iPhone while at Der Dutchman. Once Officer determined
