Officer was on patrol on S. Jefferson Ave when he was flagged
down by subject on the lot of the listed location. Subject advised that he
turned off his van while cleaning it out and was unable to start it because
of a dead battery. Officer used the battery charger and subject was able to
successfully start his vehicle. Officer returned to patrol once assistance
was no longer needed.

Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the
Madison County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a fire support. Upon arrival,
Officer stood by while the medics spoke with subject. Once Deputy arrived on
scene and Officer’s assistance was no longer necessary, Officer returned to
patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
noise complaint. The caller stated the owners at the listed location were
doing construction and making a lot of noise. Upon arrival, Officer made
contact with subject, who advised he would stop the construction until
tomorrow. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to
patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a
parking complaint. The complainant advised that a truck with trailer was
partially in the roadway. Upon arrival, a black Ford truck was blocking the
sideway and approximately 3 feet into the roadway. Officer made contact with
subject who then moved the vehicle without incident. Subject was given a
warning. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to
suspicious circumstances. The caller believed that she was receiving messages
via Facebook Messenger that were fraud related. Closer observation
revealed the page she followed was @JasonAldean and the messages that she
received were sent from @JasonAldean2.
Caller advised that she knew it was a scam, but wanted the Police Department to be aware of it. Officer then returned to patrol. |

Officer responded to the listed location on the report of a
loose dog that was acting aggressively toward a mail carrier. Upon arrival,
Officer met with the canine owner, who checked the backyard and discovered that
the dogs had gotten loose through an open gate. Canine owner called for the
dogs and they returned coming back from the area of Pastime Park. Subject was
given a warning for dogs at large. Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location on the report of a
customer who was possibly impaired by drugs and throwing trash from the car
into the parking lot. Upon arrival, Officer met with the shift manager who
advised that a male passenger began throwing trash out of the car.
Officer looked for trash on the other side of the fence, but there were just
a couple items that all looked like they had been there for awhile due to
being completely rain-soaked. Officer picked the items up and disposed of
them. Due to the report of them possibly being impaired by drugs, Officer
gave the vehicle description to MCSO since the vehicle had left southbound on
US Route 42.

Officer was dispatched to the area of Noteman Rd. and North Ave.
in reference a stray dog. Upon arrival, Officer checked the area, but was not
able to locate the canine. Later the canine was located in the same general
area and taken back to the police department where it was placed in the
kennel. The report was forwarded to the Union Co. Dog Warden. Officer then
returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a
possible custody dispute. Complainant advised she wanted it documented
that her sons have not been coming over on her appointed days. After deeming
everything fine, Officer returned to patrol.

While at the police department, Officer received a call advising
that she had just returned home and there was a vehicle in her driveway that
she did not recognize. Upon arrival, Officer located a green Toyota Sienna in
her driveway. Officer was able to locate the owner who moved her vehicle
without incident. Officer returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to social
media harassment/bullying. Upon arrival, Officer met with complainant and his
daughter who advised subject(s) created an Instagram post harassing her with
derogatory terms. Complainant advised he only wanted the incident documented
at this time and he also advised that JAHS has handled the incident in house.

being check. Officer made contact with the homeowner's daughter who
advised that her father was visiting family in Kentucky. She also advised
that everything was fine. Subject did not show any signs of distress or
anything that would cause concern or further suspicion. After determining
everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.

support. Upon Officer’s arrival subject was being treated by Medic 261.
Subject was then transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital. Refer to

|
Officer conducted a routine registration check on a silver Dodge
Avenger. The registration returned to, Christopher Day, a suspended driver
with a confirmed warrant out of the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office for
probation violation. Christopher was placed in custody for the above warrant
and was issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL (ORC 4510.12A1), Non
Compliance Suspension (ORC 4510.16A), and License Forfeiture Suspension (ORC
4510.111A). Christopher was transported to Tavern 42 (5200 US 42 N) where he
was released to DCSO Deputy. Another PC Officer stood-by with Christopher’s
vehicle which was towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound lot.

Officers were requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to
assist their units with locating a burglary suspect. Once assistance was no
longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to
a possible attempted suicide. Subject’s father advised that subject no longer
lives there and she should be staying with her grandmother. Officer advised
dispatch to inform the Madison County Sheriff's Office due to the location of
the other residence. Officers then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
suspicious vehicle. Complainant stated that there was a white Toyota Avalon
parked in the parking lot and she didn't recognize the vehicle. Upon arrival,
Officer located a vehicle and made contact with subject who advised he was
there to get some paperwork done. Officer advised complainant of findings.

Officer was dispatched to the intersection of West Main Street
and Jefferson Avenue in reference to the traffic light malfunctioning. Upon
arrival, Officer observed the light was flashing in all directions. Officer
was able to reset the light from the power box on the side of the road.
Officer stood by for a few cycles and determined that the light was operating
properly. Officer then returned to patrol.
