Officer conducted a routine registration check on a maroon Chevy
Silverado. The registration returned to Charles Hoffman Jr., a
suspended driver. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made
contact with the driver/owner Charles Hoffman Jr. and advised him why he was
stopped. Officer also made contact with the front seat passenger,
Heather Hoffman. After further investigation, it was found Heather had a
confirmed warrant out of the Union County Sheriff’s Office for failure to
appear on a disorderly conduct charge. Charles was issued a citation for
Non-Compliance Suspension x2 and No valid OL. Heather was transported to the
Tri-County Jail and booked in on the above warrant.

police training, a glass panel was broken during a training exercise in the

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
telecommunications harassment complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the
complainant who stated she was receiving Facebook Messenger messages from two
subjects. The messages were not threatening in nature, but complainant requested
that Officer contact subjects to stop all contact with her. Officer
made contact with subject advised her of complainant’s request. She was also
advised to deliver the message to her husband as well. Subject was advised of
the possible consequences if they contacted complainant.

neglected canine. Officer made contact with canine owner as he was bringing
in his dog. Once determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to

Officer was advised by dispatch of a drunk male at Blues Creek
Meats. Officer located the vehicle and stopped the vehicle and spoke
with the driver and only occupant Lance Kirkman. Lance was subsequently
placed in custody for OVI and Open Container. Lance was issued a
Citation for OVI, OVI super concentration, and Open Container.

unauthorized use of a credit card. Upon arrival Officer spoke with
complainant who advised there was a total of $562.32 in purchases she did not
authorize on Wal-Mart and Eastbay websites. Complainant advised she had
already been reimbursed for the fraudulent purchases but wanted the incident
documented. Officer then returned to patrol.

On the stated date and time, complainant called the police
department and requested that a unit make contact with subject and advise him
not to park on their lot during normal business hours. Upon arrival, Officer
met with subject and advised him of the complaint. Officer suggested subject
call the business owner in the future and ask permission to park there, but
subject declined to do that. Officer then returned to patrol.

call. The caller advised that her Apple watch dialed 911 by mistake and that
everything was fine. After determining everything to be fine, Officer

reference to a woman who allegedly exited a silver SUV and tried to take a
dog from the front yard. The woman got back into her SUV without the dog and
left the area in an unknown direction of travel. The caller did not want to
see an officer. Officer patrolled the area but did not locate a vehicle
matching that description.

On the stated date and time, UCSO Deputies and PC Officer were
dispatched to the listed location in reference to a verbal dispute. Upon
arrival Officer and Deputies met with Tiffani Capozzi and two other subjects.
After further investigation, it was found that Tiffani had a full extradition
warrant out of the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office (Florida) for violation of
drug offender probation. Officer then placed Tiffani in custody in reference
to the above warrant. Tiffani was also issued a citation for marijuana drug
paraphernalia. Officer transported Tiffani to the Tri-County Regional Jail
where she was booked in on the above warrant. See media for further.

On the stated date and time, I was dispatched in the area of
East Main Street near East Bigelow Avenue in reference to a road hazard. Upon
arrival with the Street, Department Officer observed a large piece of asphalt
lying on the eastbound portion of the roadway. The asphalt came from the road
surface creating a pothole. The street department disposed of the asphalt and
filled the pothole. Officer then returned to patrol.

On the stated date and time, Complainant met with Officer at the
Police Department to report a theft that occurred at the listed location.
Subject advised that a carton of Marlboro Cigarettes, a Dewalt 18V drill, a
bag of loose change ($30.00-$40.00), a maroon hooded sweatshirt and a Garmin
GPS were stolen from his vehicle a black Ford F150 that was parked in the
driveway of the listed location. Officer advised subject that the Police
department would increase patrol in the area. Subject was advised to contact
the Police department if he sees anything or anyone out of the ordinary.
Officer then returned to patrol.

location in reference to a suspicious circumstance. Upon arrival, Officer met
with the homeowner who advised she heard a loud noise that sounded like an
object hitting the back of her house. Officers found nothing out of the
ordinary. Homeowner was advised if she heard any additional noise to call the
Police department and we would respond. Officer then returned to patrol.
